Mike Schroeder
Mike Schroeder is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of 360 Degree Blackstone Inspections. He has 30+ years of home construction and business management experience.
Mike has built and remodeled countless homes which has given him a wealth of knowledge of the construction industry which he uses to be a well-rounded and informed inspector. He is a certified home inspector by the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
When he is not behind his desk or up on a roof, Mike likes to spend time with his grandkids in the mountains.

Chris Schroeder
Chris Schroeder is the Co-Owner of 360 Degree Blackstone Inspections and Radon Specialist. He has been working in the home improvement and remodeling industry for the last 10 years after receiving a degree in Business Management.
Chris' knowledge of building has helped him become a detail-oriented inspector who has in depth knowledge of all aspects of homes mechanical systems. Chris is registered with the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
In his free time, Chris likes to ski, hike and spend time with his big red dog, Clifford.

Tom Carter
Tom Carter is the lead inspector for 360 Degree Blackstone Inspections. He brings with him years of construction and property management experience. Tom also spent 15 years as a technician and trainer in the telecommunications industry, a path that demanded incredible attention to detail.
Tom brings that work ethic to 360-Blackstone and has hundreds of hours of inspection experience and is working towards his goal as a Certified Inspector as recognized by the American Society of Home Inspectors.
When Tom is not inspecting homes, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, the outdoors and spending time with his family

Markus Susko is the Marketing Director/Web Designer of 360 Degree Blackstone Inspections. He has over a decade of experience in graphic design, 6 years of marketing experience and has a degree in Business Management from Indiana University.
In his free time, Markus is an EDM DJ, weightlifter, snowboarder and gamer/developer and also has a Husky/Cattle dog mix, Stella.
