Radon Testing
Radon is a toxic gas that cannot be tasted, smelled, or seen. If found in the home at high enough levels, this gas can cause lung cancer and other dangerous health issues. We offer our 48-Hour Radon Testing as a standalone service or for an additional fee with a Residential Inspection. We use a continuous radon monitor throughout the home and deliver a computer-generated report to our clients.
-
Sewer Scopes
We offer sewer scopes in an effort to make it easy to schedule your home inspection, radon measurement and sewer scope with a single phone call. The sewer scope will typically be scheduled to be completed at the time of the home inspection and results will be available within 24 hours
-
11th Month Warranty Inspections
Most newly built homes in Colorado come with a one-year warranty which covers defects in construction. In order to help protect new homeowners from financial responsibility, we will inspect the home during or before the 11th month and find covered defects before the warranty is over.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection for Sellers
Home inspections can be equally as important for sellers as they are for buyers. We believe that the best defense is a good offense, so we highly suggest that sellers have the home inspected before it is listed. During the inspection, we look for damages and defects that sellers should repair before showing the home, making their property more appealing to buyers and setting them up in a better position for negotiations.

New Construction Inspection
New Construction Inspections are completed before the final walkthrough of a newly built home and serve to catch the small oversights that can be made during the building process. We offer the following two options:
Pre-Drywall Inspection: A thorough inspection of the home’s skeleton before it is covered up.
Pre-Closing Inspection: An inspection of the property helps builders create a project list of necessary pre-closing repairs.
