Meet Our Professional Inspectors
Bob Kadera
Co-Owner and President
Bob Kadera
Bob is the co-owner and president of 360 Degree – Blackstone Inspections. Bob lives with his family in Littleton, Co.
Bob achieved an education that concentrated on construction management and business administration and spent the 1st 10 years of his professional career in various positions in the construction industry. This prepared Bob for the technical side of the home inspection business. After 25+ years in the corporate world Bob used this business administration experience and combined it with the technical experience to get started in the business.
Bob is a Certified Inspector for the American Society of Home Inspectors. This is the highest certification in one of the most respected home inspector associations internationally. Bob has completed multiple thousands of Home Inspections and has served as the President, the VP of education, and currently as a board member for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI. Bob is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
In his new role, Bob will concentrate on building a sustainable business that emphasizes complete satisfaction of the customer, agent and others involved in the real estate transaction and providing career opportunities and an outstanding place to work for the associates in the business.
Mike Dyer
Co-owner and Vice President
Mike Dyer
Mike is the Co-Owner and Vice President of 360 Degree – Blackstone Inspections and is a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is a past President, VP of education, and board member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI.
Mike has a lifetime of experience in the building industry and has enjoyed working with his hands and completing his own projects his entire life. His earliest memories are of helping his father with DIY projects around their family home. He has worked in the home inspection business since 2013.
Prior to starting his inspection company in 2013, Mike worked in the IT industry as a consultant for over 20 years. Working as a consultant helped him develop a detail-oriented mindset and a pride in providing the best customer service possible. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren as well playing golf at every opportunity.
Sean Dyer
Home Inspector
Sean Dyer
After graduating high school in 2010, Sean enlisted in the Marine Corps as a rifleman. While in the Marines, Sean played various roles, including radio operator, Team Leader, and company level intelligence. Among the many things Sean took from his experiences are attention to detail and discipline. Following his time in the Marines, he attended Arapahoe Community College and got an Associates’ degree in business. He then attended the University of Wyoming, where he worked as a roofer part-time while earning his B.S. in finance.
Sean is an InterNACHI certified inspector. The certification requirement is a full training portfolio, a required number of examinations, report reviews, and inspection reviews.
Sean has thousands of hours of inspections and has been personally trained by 360 Degree Inspections to complete inspections our way.
Tom Carter
Home Inspector
Tom Carter
Tom Carter brings with him years of construction and property management experience. Tom also spent 15 years as a technician and trainer in the telecommunications industry, a path that demanded incredible attention to detail. Tom brings that work ethic to 360-Blackstone. He has hundreds of hours of inspection experience and is working towards his goal as a Certified Inspector as recognized by the American Society of Home Inspectors.
When Tom is not inpsecting homes, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Nate Thomas
Home Inspector
Nate Thomas
Nate holds certifications from both the ASHI and INTERNACHI schools of home inspection. He is a college graduate who has over ten years of work experience in different construction fields. His goal is to help educate and give the customer more confidence in their decision making process. He is happy to help with your concerns and answer any questions you may have. In his spare time Nate enjoys hanging out with his wife and their dog, scuba diving, traveling, camping and working on projects around his own house.
